Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a purchased game session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time — email contact@superglue.games with your order details.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

We want your team to have a great experience. If you played a session and found it unsatisfactory, you can request a full refund within 7 days after the session date. Email contact@superglue.games with a brief description of the issue and we will process it without hassle.

You can cancel your Premium or Enterprise membership at any time from your account page (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep your plan benefits until then, and you are not charged again. We do not offer partial refunds for the remainder of a billing period, and unused monthly credits are not paid out.

If a premium game session started with a credit fails because of a technical issue on our side, we restore the credit.

Top-up credits never expire. A top-up purchase is refundable while it is entirely unused; once any credit from it has been spent, it is no longer refundable.

If your session could not take place because of a technical issue on our end, you choose: a full refund, or a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

Sessions obtained with a 100% discount code are not eligible for a monetary refund, as no payment was made. If something goes wrong with a promotional session, contact us and we will make it right.

As an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately — such as an access code sent right after checkout — this right lapses once delivery begins with your acknowledgement. Our policies above are deliberately more generous than the statutory minimum: free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session and a 7-day satisfaction guarantee after it.

All refunds go through Stripe to your original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
